This practice releases unnecessary tension, soothes the mind, and aims for inner calm.

1.5-hour sessions, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, on Thursdays July 24 and 31, and August 7 and 14, 2025.
Session price: 12 euros. All proceeds will be donated to the primary school association of Alpe du Grand Serre.
Note: No need to be athletic to join.
