Be careful still to not approach too close from the borders of the lake with very little-ones, the shores are very steep.

Have a walk next to the lake which is feeding the electric plant of the Vernes, several hundred meters down, and profit of its freshness like its confidentiality.

Sweet walk for leaving the crowd of Laffrey Lake during summer and discover the Lac Mort. At the entrance of the hamlet called "Les Allards", take left way and go throught this path between dwellings. This short trail allow to approach this lake less known thank to a stone/earth without slope, perfect for kids. A cabin in the forest was built by children for playing.
