A course on the ridge, between the lakes of the plateau and the Vallon des Vaulx.

Departure from Saint-Théoffrey-Plage, follow the direction of Le Crey, passing through Petichet, Le Pré Rond, Les Gonthéaumes, Touche and Bouis. At the Le Crey crossroads, return to Saint Théoffrey-Plage via Col du Nizet, Combe du Trait, Le Pré Rond and Petichet.
