The Saint‐Michel valley is a mountain bike course where the forest atmosphere dominates.
Learn moreFrom the first few meters, the route slowly moves out of the village of La Salle-en-Beaumont on slopes that are already sustained. After a short respite to finish warming up, its embarks on a long climb into the heart of the forest. Around 1000–1100 m, the atmosphere changes when reaching the Holme pass, in a more open landscape. The route then alternates small descents and short climbs to cross two streams before reaching the village of Saint-Michel‐en‐Beaumont. The agricultural atmosphere dominates near this mountain village. The course finally plunges into a wild forest again to go down by a technical trail until the starting point.
