La fermes des Passerelles (the footbridge farm)

The herd consists of 60 Lacune dairy ewes and their offspring.
We raise, process and sell all of our sheep's milk.
Products: whole-milk sheep yogurts, plain and flavored raw-milk cheeses, raw-milk aperitif cheeses, feta-type cheeses, and fromage frais.
