On the "Plateau Matheysin", between 900 and 1000 m of altitude, there's is a cattle farm in the moutain zone.
Our herd is componed essentially by Charolais and Limousin cows.
Our cattle farm is organic for 20 years.
The heifers graze in the summer on the Connexe mountain pasture.
The production is directly sold (slaughter and butchering at the La Mure slaughterhouse, managed by farmers specializing in direct sales).
The farm produces all the feed needed for the herd (fodder and cereals).
Farm produce: meat of beef, veal, merguez sausages, beef sausages, and wheat flour.
