The GAEC le Berlioux / La chèvre d'Auré

Today, the farm consists of two herds:

- a herd of dairy cows (around thirty) of the Montbéliarde/Simmental breed

- a herd of around thirty Alpine goats (Chamoisé)

All of the goat's milk is processed on-site in our cheese dairy.

A small portion of the cow's milk is also processed.

The remainder is collected by BIOLAIT and La Fromagerie des Alpes in Laffrey.
