- 9:00 AM: Mortillon breakfast at the foot of the slopes
- 10:00-11:00 AM: Oyster tasting and sales
- 10:00 AM: Snow activity demonstrations (laser rifle shooting, etc.)
- 1:00 PM-6:00 PM: Market inside the Gîte du Chardon Bleu and sale of tourtons outside.
- At nightfall: Parade of giants and lighting of Norwegian logs
