- No Wi-Fi, but excellent 4G reception throughout the apartment.
- No elevator: the building entrance is on level 4, and the apartment is two floors below (level 2).
- Heating is set to a constant 19°C in winter.

Environment:
A quiet and well-maintained residence (Les Crocus) in a natural and unspoiled setting at an altitude of 1500m; an atypical location, an "eagle's nest" overlooking the Matheysin plateau and the town of La Mure (15 minutes away) with all its amenities and activities. Panoramic views of the surrounding mountains (Obiou, Sénépy, Vercors, etc.) and lakes. Numerous hiking, snowshoeing, and ski touring trails start directly from the apartment (Lac Charlet, Piquet de Nantes, Tabor, Pérollier, Grand Serre, etc.). The family-friendly Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort is 35 minutes away. La Mure is 15 minutes away, and Grenoble is 45 minutes away.

Lush flora and wildlife (marmots, chamois, deer, eagles, etc.).

Activities:

Summer: Hiking trails start nearby (Lake Charlet, Piquet de Nantes, Tabor, Pérollier, Grand Serre, etc.), a small stream (La Jonche), three lakes on the Matheysin plateau are 20 minutes away (swimming, restaurants, sailing, etc.), mountain biking, trail running, paragliding, and a scenic ride on the Little Train of La Mure is also 20 minutes away. The site is also the venue for the Skyrace des Matheysins (a stage of the Skyrunning World Cup) every year.

Winter: Snowshoeing, ski touring, sledding, and the Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort (35 minutes away).

Alpe du Grand Serre resort (35 minutes away): downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, toboggan run, dog sledding, mountain biking trails (with lifts), swimming in the lake with a diving board, paddling pool for young children, children's play area (slide, zip line, mini-golf, etc.), picnic area and barbecue, via ferrata, road cycling, waterfall, etc.
