Located at an altitude of 1,200 m, the gîte is part of the hamlet of Les Fallavaux in the commune of La Salette.
Surrounded by nature, with a stream just below for fishing enthusiasts, this is a peaceful place.
The village of Corps, 5 km away, offers all amenities including shops, a doctor, and a gas station.
Lake Sautet, 7 km away, offers water activities, a restaurant, a bar, and a snack bar.
The cottage includes a living room with a dining area, a TV corner, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, and all small appliances.
A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine is available. The toilet is separate.
The bedroom has three 90cm beds, two of which can be converted into a 180cm bed, and a single sofa bed in the living room.
The cottage also features a sheltered terrace with a gas barbecue.
