Véronique and I, Clément, began our real estate adventure in 2013 by renting out an independent part of our house. This first experience was so enriching that it gave us the desire to continue!
In the same building as our main residence, we came across a small apartment that had been abandoned for several years. We bought it and completely renovated it: Véronique took care of the layout, comfort, and decoration, while I handled the renovation work. Together, we made a great team on this project!
