It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 2,000 m². Wi-Fi and linens are included; we're just waiting for you!

The single-story accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, stovetop, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, fan, and iron.

Exterior:

- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, unfenced and shared with the owners
- A south-facing balcony off the main room
- A 9 m² terrace overlooking the garden, furnished for enjoying sunny days

The house is ideally located in Cognet, in a very pleasant area. You'll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property's private parking area.

Regarding other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:

- Nearest train station: Grenoble, approximately 55 km away
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, approximately 87 km away

- Bed linen is included; please bring your own towels.
- There are a few steep steps to access the accommodation.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for the next guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat fee may apply.
