La Gênotte is a warm and welcoming mountain chalet, inspired by traditional alpine huts. Its design brings together the charm of the past and the comfort of today.
Inside, you’ll find a mix of authentic and vintage-style furniture, old-fashioned dishes, and cozy beds with linens that feel like a step back in time. Every detail has been chosen to create a unique and peaceful atmosphere.
The chalet is made entirely of wood and was built with the environment in mind. It blends beautifully into the natural surroundings. Each window was placed like a picture frame, offering stunning views of the mountains, forest, and changing seasons—from summer sun to winter snow.
On the ground floor, there's a comfy living area where you can relax with a coffee or herbal tea after a walk in the woods. A double bedroom offers a view of Les Deux Sœurs, two well-known peaks in the Vercors mountains. Up a small wooden staircase, you’ll find two more bedrooms: one double with a mountain view and one single looking out onto the forest.
The chalet was carefully positioned to make the most of the sunlight, all year round, whether you're here in summer, spring, or even in the quiet beauty of winter.
