It is 25 square meters, no bed or drinking water, nor kitchen/sanitary area... double glazing but not insulated except for the frame. It is superb, 2 benches, a table and a roof over one’s head accompanied by a beautiful view in a paradisiacal place, wouldn’t that be the definition of happiness ?
