Description

The Alpe du Grand Serre Bike Park is located just 45 minutes from Grenoble. It boasts the longest operating season in the region: from late May to late September—that’s four months of riding!

Set amidst alpine pastures and forest, the Alpe du Grand Serre Bike Park offers a fantastic playground for learning or improving at downhill mountain biking. Eight trails are maintained by the bike patrol team: one green, three blue, one red, two black, and a long downhill run that descends all the way to Séchilienne (please note: you must arrange your own return from Séchilienne).

Renowned for its flow and expertly shaped features, the Alpe du Grand Serre Bike Park caters to all skill levels, from beginners to expert riders. It is particularly appreciated for how seamlessly it blends into the landscape, surrounded by marmots and herds of peaceful cows. The Blache chairlift provides effortless access, allowing riders to string together runs and progress.

Also accessible to pedestrians with a dedicated pass, the Blache chairlift makes it easy to reach higher altitudes and enjoy the alpine scenery of Alpe du Grand Serre and the Cochettes viewpoint. Please note: walking on the mountain bike trails is prohibited! Pedestrians are asked to stick to the designated hiking trails for the descent.
