In an individual session, at first, Emilie will listen to you during a discussion and in a climate of confidentiality in order to identify your needs.
Then, in a psychocorporeal approach, Emilie uses different techniques such as oil massage, acupressure, vibration, reflexology, magnetism and biodynamic movement, with various tools for integration and awareness-building, with listening and support for your emotions.

+you are stressed, tense, overwhelmed, lack enthusiasm and need to recover physically.
+ You suffer from back pain, joint pain, digestive problems, headaches... all of which are recurrent and have no identified medical cause.
+You block in certain situations, you don’t find solutions and lose confidence.
+You encounter problems with others, are overwhelmed by your emotions, have difficulty engaging yourself, experience restraint in feelings, mental rumination, etc.

She also offers to walk personally in regular workshops or Danced Movement courses, to deploy her breathing, connect with her body and express herself through movement.
