Notre Dame de la Salette: the Way of the Cross

Description

From the Saint-Julien pass, the "path of the fathers" will lead you quietly to the sanctuary, then plunging back into the valley you will cross the small hamlets that dot it. A family walk.

Start from the Col de Saint-Julien, then head to Notre Dame de la Salette, crossing the Col de l'Homme (1657m) and La Grande Combe. From the Sanctuary (1780m) descend into La Salette Fallavaux and pass through Le Cimetière, Le Planeau, Perlonte, La Sagne, Secheline.
From Secheline, take the roads leading towards Les Condamines, and then Les Ablandins, passing through La Rune.
Finally, at Les Ablandins return to the Col de Saint-Julien.
